Our basset is 9, which if you take average life span of 8-10yrs makes her quite an old lady now!

But she's really starting to feel it now. She's currently not on any joint supplements but she can longer jump into the boot of the car or even onto a low bed so has to be picked up now.

It can take a good few minutes to find her feet once she gets up from lying down too. We have little steps for her to climb onto the furniture and yesterday she lost her back end to climbing up them :(

She's not on any supplements so was wondering what you guys what might recommend (UK based).

Thanks in advance :D

I have a Basset that has hip dysplasia. I give him to treats each night for joints. After 30 days I saw a spring in his step. Where his didn't jump or like to climb stairs, and etc....,he started jumping, climbing stairs, and etc...

Find a treat designed for the joints that has Glucosamine in it.
