I was sitting in the living room the other night when all of a sudden I hear a kitchen cupboard slam shut. I keep the dog food in a large plastic tote in a kitchen cupboard, and Rossi figured out how to open it. He will now periodically go in the kitchen and open then close the door over and over again. What a clever brat

LOL, on Sat. night I was sitting in the living room circling items in a catalog from Jeffers Pet and grabbed a coke and went downstairs to my office and put my the catalog and coke on my desk as I was going to get on my office computer and place an order.

Had to run upstairs to do something real quick and I started hearing a weird noise...........ran back down stairs and my Jeffer's catalog looked like in been into a paper shredder. They pulled it off my desk and had a field day.

Placed my order on memory as I had circled the things to help me remember what I needed to order...........of course the package arrived today and upon opening it realized what I forgot to order.

I've actually had to put baby door locks on the kitchen cupboard where the garbage can is - Rosebud can open the cupboard and select something she considers yummy from the can, shut the cupboard and then have herself a little snack! At first I just put a rubber band around the 2 door handles, but she figured out how to nose it off the knobs - I hid and watched her do it!! Bassets are unbelievably smart. Her counter cruising is coming along well, too.
