Hello-I'm new to the site and I had a question about my 2 yr old male basset, he is a very sensitive boy, and sometimes he piddles when I touch him or praise him, he has never been hit, and when he pees, he tries licking it up, so I won't see it(I think), Why does he do this, and how can I keep him from doing it? :? :?:
